WINSTON PARK DIVERSITY NIGHT – Events like this are ideal for meeting people and making friends. Sharing stories and getting to know more about your neighbors. Winston Park Elementary (WPE) School will be celebrating A Night of Diversity February 27th at 6:30 pm.

“Our celebration activities are designed to bring our community and school together for a fun night of participating and being a part of their children’s world,” Reading Coach, Carolyn Courtney, told CoconutCreekNews.net.

Students will showcase projects and tour mock countries set up on school grounds. The night, said Courtney, is another way WPE celebrates diversity.

Volunteers are needed, and restaurants can gain exposure with food stations. Dozens of families will be hungry for a taste and likely to ask for a take home menu. Ethnic eateries are encouraged to attend.

“Students, teachers, and staff are working very hard to display and create a night of fun and enjoyment,” Courtney said.
