I am very excited to share the news about Broward County Library's brand new mobile application! As an avid library patron, this is app offers great information for both parents and kids. If you were a user of the older app, you're going to like this new version, especially if you enjoy managing life online (like I do). If you are not quite good at "the tech", this is a good place to start.
4 of my favorite Broward County Library Mobile App features:
- It creates on e-version of your library card. No more worries when you have left your physical card at home and you need to check out a book!
- Better visuals. The menu features are larger and easier to read. A quick browse through the app is all you need to see what it can do.
- Events! We at 'MacKid' love this feature since "happening events" is what we are all about! You can now tap and find your local library events by the hour and location. This is enough to make every parent smile.
- Scan ISBN. Oh my. So cool! This feature allows you to scan the ISBN of any book to see if it is available from any Broward County Library location. Where have you been all my life!
