City of Margate To Host Halloween Carpool Cinema Event On October 31st

Free Drive-in Style Event Includes Movie, Food Trucks, Costume Contests, Candy, and Fun

The City of Margate will host a socially distanced Halloween Movie Drive-In event featuring a free movie screening of the Addams Family (PG), costume contests, lots of candy, food trucks and three ghoulish scenes for family photos. This fun-filled, family-friendly event will take place on Halloween night, October 31st beginning at 6:30 p.m. at 1000 N. State Road 7 (east side of. N. SR7).  The movie will begin at 8 p.m.

Registration is required, and parking will be assigned by event staff upon arrival. Space is limited, so register early. One ticket is needed per vehicle only.

Participants are encouraged to bring snacks, treats, or even a pizza for the family! Three food trucks will be available to tempt your taste buds: Fat Boyz BBQ, Las Mexicanas and Kona Ice.

Following distancing guidelines, visitors are asked to remain inside their parking space, with the exception of using restrooms. Bring your lounge chairs or enjoy the experience from inside of your vehicle! Face coverings are required when you leave your personal assigned spot.

RVs, buses, bicycles and walk-ups are strictly prohibited. Movie audio will be broadcasted through your FM radio station.
